Description: Reroofing of Central Catering Unit at University of Nairobi Andrea Builders was awarded the assignment to renovate and reroof the central catering building at the University of Nairobi Main Campus. The assignment involved the reproofing of the flat roof by constructing an APP membrane that provided a 10-year-guarantee.The project duration was 6 months but was however completed in 5 months |
