ELite Paka Services completes City Council Project- (Feb 10, 2008) The City Council of Nairobi awarded a tender to Elite Paka Services to install traffic lights controllers at the following points: University Way – Uhuru Highway Junction, Museum Hill – Waiyaki Way Junction, Bunyala Road – Uhuru Highway Junction,  Globe Round-about, Lusaka Road – Uhuru Highway Junction, Kenyatta Avenue – Uhuru Highway Junction, Moi Avenue – Mama Ngina Street Junction and Kenyatta Avenue to Tom Mboya Street
