 a view of the roof C.C.U, UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI, - (April 10, 2007) – Andrea Builders renovated and reroofed the central catering unit building at the University of Nairobi Main Campus. The project involved the reroofing of the flat roof by constructing an APP membrane that provided a 10-year-guarantee.The project duration was 6 months but was however completed in 5 months. The job was performed in 4 months; from 15th January 2007 to 10th April 2007. This involved general renovations and application of epoxy flooring.
